26-YEAR-OLD STUDENT AND 4 OTHERS ARRESTED FOR DRUGS

NDLEA arrests student, four others over possession of 10. 255kg narcotics
Authorities of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, have captured a
26-year-old student, Okonkwo Daniel Anagor, along sides four others for suspected drug 
trafficking. 
Day by day POST assembled that the suspects were caught at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, MMIA, Lagos for the unlawful ownership of 10.255kgs of opiates covered up in a sack of Garri and their gear. 
The four assistants are distinguished as Okpue Ernest Ifeanyi, Ogbonna Donatus Chigozie, Lawal Monsuru Ademola and Okoro Chibueze Augustine separately. 

It was learnt that two of the drug suspects were originating from Brazil with cocaine while three others were going to South Africa, Dubai and Pakistan when they were captured. 
The NDLEA Commander at airplane terminal, Ahmadu Garba, while talking on their capture said: "The 26-year-old student, Okonkwo Daniel Anagor, was gotten with 2.810kgs of Tramadol on his approach to Dubai. 
"Lawal Monsuru Ademola, 33, a broker, was captured with 3.310kgs of methamphetamine on his approach to South Africa while Ogbonna Donatus Chigozie was found endeavoring to sneak 610 grams of cocaine to Pakistan. 
"Two different suspects, Okoro Chibueze Augustine and Okpue Ernest Ifeanyi were gotten with 2.575kgs and 950 grams of cocaine from Brazil." 
"One of the suspects, Okonkwo David Anagor who hails from Ayamelum Local government range of Anambra state," the leader included. 
Upon cross examination, Anagor said, "I was flying out to Dubai to spend holiday and further my studies yet they called me from Dubai that some person will give me Garri in Lagos. 
"When I got to Lagos," Anagor, who hails from Ayamelum nearby government territory of Anambra State, proceeded with, "the individual called me and gave me the sack of Garri. This is my first time of going outside the nation." 
"At the airplane terminal, the Garri was looked and 445 sachets of Tramadol were found inside the sack. That was the way I was captured," he included. 
Another suspect, Ademola, a broker offering garments at Marina Lagos, said he holds a confirmation in Computer Installations and repairs at the Lagos State Polytechnic.

He claimed that his excursion to South Africa was prematurely ended as 3.310kgs of crystalline substance which tried positive for methamphetamine was found in his ownership. The drug was perfectly stuffed in 26 packages in the base of his gear. 
In like manner, Chigozie was captured with 610 grams of cocaine while endeavoring to load up an Emirate flight to Pakistan. 
Additionally, Augustine, who hails from Imo state, was hoping to be paid N2.5 million portrayed his capture as misfortune. 
As per him, "I have lived in Brazil for a year and six months I have endured attempting to bring home the bacon in Brazil. I got included in drug trafficking in order to begin authentic business. I anticipated that would have made N2.5 million from the arrangement. 
"Tragically, my accomplice who might have gathered the drug in Dubai neglected to show up so I needed to come to Nigeria with the drug. That was not the first arrangement. This is a misfortune and I feel so pitiful," Chigozie noted. 
Administrator/Chief Executive of the NDLEA, Ahmadu Giade, while responding to the late captures approached Nigerians to disregard drug trafficking and advance tranquil conjunction.
